The song “Eye of the Tiger” came into mind as I was typing the title for this post. Then again, I think most people will associate that song with this Chinese New Year’s year of the Tiger

Chinese New Year is the most important of the traditional Chinese festivals. Popular themes such as “wealth“, “happiness” and “longevity” are often related to this joyous occasion. In conjunction of this celebration, dessert’s bar is offering you Chinese New Year Cookies! The cookies are filled with almond nibs and decorated with Dark & White Chocolate and natural colourings.
